GeoOp Services Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases that include services, including, though not limited to: training, seminars, online seminars, online training and onsite training and services.

1. Definitions:
‘Services’ refers to training and events provided by GeoOp. They include classroom training, seminars, online seminars, self-paced learning, online and onsite services.
‘Refund’ refers to return of monies paid in advance for a training booking.

2. Booking Payment & Confirmation:
Services prices are subject to change without notice and will be confirmed at the time of booking, prior to any payment being processed.

Discounts on services fees can only be claimed at the time of booking, prior to payment being made. Discounts will not be offered retrospectively. Multiple discounts cannot be applied to the same transaction.

A booking for Services will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment of Services fees. A booking confirmation will be emailed after full payment has been received by GeoOp. Please contact us if you have not received your booking confirmation within one business day of making the necessary payment.

3. Booking Cancellations & Transfers:
The following policy applies for all booking cancellation requests received by us that involve Onsite Training, Seminars, Online Seminars, Online Training and/or Onsite/Online Services.:

5 or more full Business days notice before the training – Credit is provided for full cost of the original services..
1 to 4 full business days notice before the training – Credit is provided for 50% of the original services cost.
No Refund or Credit is available if notice of cancellation is received on the day of the Services or for non-attendance.

The following policy applies for all booking transfer requests received by us that involve all Services provided by GeoOp, including, though not limited to: – Onsite Training, Seminars, Online Seminars or Online Training:

5 or more full business days notice before the services – transfer to an alternative service is allowed with no administration fee charged.
1 to 4 full business days notice before the service – 50% of the original service price will be credited towards the cost of the alternative service booking.
No Refund or Credit is available if the transfer request is received on the day of the service or for non-attendance.
Transferring bookings from one person to another within the same organisation is permitted provided you have advised us prior to the commencement of the service and we have acknowledged receipt of that advice.

4. Online Training & Services:
The following policies apply for all Online Training & Services:

Refunds, Credits or booking transfers of attendees are not available once you have logged into the Online Training / Services.
Sharing of user names and passwords is strictly prohibited unless specified otherwise. GeoOp reserves the right to immediately terminate access to online training and services if it reasonably believes that more than one user is accessing the Online Training or Services using the same login details.

5. Onsite Training & Services:
The following policies apply for all Training and Services held at a customer’s premises:

Refunds, Credits or booking transfers of attendees will be processed in accordance with the terms set out in clause 3 above.

In the event of cancellation, GeoOp will use best endeavours to seek to obtain refunds for any external costs incurred by it to travel to the customer’s premises. To the extent that GeoOp is unable to get a refund for such expenditure, the customer agrees to reimburse GeoOp for such cost. GeoOp shall have the right to set-off any out-of pocket costs that have not been refunded against and Refund due to the customer by GeoOp.

6. Training & Services Cancellations by GeoOp:
GeoOp reserves the right to cancel, in its sole discretion, any particular Training or Services. In the event a specific Training or Services is cancelled, participants will be contacted by us to arrange a transfer to an alternative training date. Alternatively, a full Refund of the training cost is available upon request.

GeoOp assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline-tickets, accommodation, deposits, or any other expenses incurred due to Training and Services cancellations.

7. GeoOp Services Guarantee:
The GeoOp Services Guarantee is our upfront commitment to you that you’ll be comfortable with what you learn in our classes. If you don’t feel that you’ve grasped the concepts and can put the training and Services into practice, we invite you to repeat the same training and Services within a three-month period absolutely free of charge.

The GeoOp Training and Services Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Guarantee offer is only made to the original person attending a GeoOp classroom training. Training and is not transferable.
Attendees returning for a repeat sitting of a training must bring any original manual and materials for use on the day.
Booking requests for a repeat sitting of a classroom training are to be sent to GeoOp Training via email at training@geoop.com and are subject to availability.
Guarantee offer is valid for 3 months from the date of the original classroom training, after which date it becomes null and void.
Offer is only applicable for one repeat sitting of the same training originally attended.

8. Copyright:
GeoOp training material, including online training, self- paced or classroom training manuals, and training exercises, are protected by copyright, and cannot be used by you, or any other party, without express permission from us.
